Daily staff transport on fixed routes
Employee transportation is a daily routine, not a one-time trip: the same route, the same pickup points and shift timings that must not slip. We run monthly contracts for offices and factories in Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Hadapsar, Pimpri-Chinchwad and the Chakan–Talegaon MIDC belt, with Tempo Travellers for small teams and 32–49 seater buses for full shifts.
Before a contract starts we drive the route once at shift time, fix the pickup points with your admin team and agree the reporting time for each stop. Night shifts follow your company’s women-safety rules – for example, the last drop is planned so that no employee is left alone in the vehicle. The monthly bill is based on the agreed kilometres and days, with extra trips listed separately.
Setting up a monthly route
- Share the employee addresses (or pickup clusters), shift timings and the number of working days.
- We propose routes, vehicle size and a monthly price; a trial run is done at shift time.
- Drivers follow the agreed stop list; changes are sent on the route WhatsApp group.
- One GST invoice per month with daily kilometre and attendance records.
Practical tips
- Group pickup points 5–7 minutes apart; more stops make every employee’s ride longer.
- Keep separate vehicles for general and night shifts so drivers get proper rest.
- Review the route every quarter as employees move house or teams change.
