You can book online through our booking form, call us at +91 76204 11277, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 78757 74499. We confirm most bookings within 5 minutes of receiving your travel dates and vehicle preference.
Advance booking requires 50% of the total amount, along with a security deposit, to be paid at least 2 days before the trip date. The balance is settled at the end of the trip.
The standard package covers 300 km per day for outstation trips. Dedicated packages are also available for popular routes like Mumbai, Mahabaleshwar, and Shirdi — see our Packages page for exact fares by seater size.
No. Toll, parking charges, passenger tax, GST, and the cost of any special permits are payable separately by the hiring party, in addition to the quoted package or per-km rate.
We are open 24/7 – you can book and travel any time, day or night, including early-morning and late-night airport transfers. Usage beyond the hours or kilometres included in your package is billed at the extra-hour / extra-km rate listed on our Packages page.
Yes. We offer both AC and Non-AC buses across seating capacities from 13 to 49 seats, along with Tempo Travellers, Tata Winger, and premium Force Urbania vehicles.
Yes, we offer local Pune packages (commonly referred to as 8 hours / 80 km packages) for city sightseeing, corporate events, weddings, and airport transfers, in addition to outstation hire.
Yes, free pick-up and drop-off is available within our serviceable areas in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, including Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Wakad, Baner, and surrounding localities.

Outstation trips are billed per km at the rate for your vehicle, with a minimum of 300 km per day. Example: a 2-day trip of 520 km in a 17 seater Non-AC Tempo Traveller is billed as 600 km (2 × 300) × ₹22 = ₹13,200, plus toll, parking, border tax and driver food.
No. Driver food is charged extra and depends on the place of travel. It is not included in the quoted package or per-km price.
No. When the trip crosses into another state, the state entry / cross-border charges are extra and are not included in the actual price. Tell us the full route and we will estimate them in advance.
Passengers look after their own luggage. Shree Travels is not responsible for any missing or lost luggage or belongings, so please keep valuables with you.
The Force Urbania (₹32/km) has individual recliner seats, a high roof and a quieter ride – best for long trips, elders and corporate guests. The Tempo Traveller (from ₹22/km) is the budget-friendly choice with more luggage space.
Yes. Plan stops with the driver at the start of the trip. Billing follows the actual km travelled (or the 300 km/day minimum), and waiting time counts toward package hours.
